Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Reo Systems Lab website and services. By submitting a service request, you agree to this document.

Effective Date: 15 March 2026 Jurisdiction: Kano State, Nigeria

1. Who we are

Reo Systems Lab provides mobile system intervention services, including access recovery, software restoration, and diagnostics for supported devices.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may only request service for a device you own or are lawfully authorised to manage.

  • You must provide accurate identity and ownership records.
  • Corporate requests must include proper authorisation from the organisation.

3. Verification first policy

No intervention starts until verification is complete. Reo may refuse or stop work where documents are incomplete, altered, suspicious, or inconsistent.

Submitting false ownership records may expose you to criminal liability under applicable Nigerian law, including the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act.

4. Service scope and outcomes

Technical outcomes depend on device condition, lock status, prior modifications, and software state. Reo does not guarantee that every device can be recovered.

5. Fees and payment

  • Pricing is confirmed during intake or after diagnostics.
  • Where fees apply, payment terms are stated before execution.
  • Refund decisions are based on the service stage completed and documented work already performed.

6. Data handling and privacy

Reo processes client data only for service delivery, security checks, records management, and legal compliance.

Data processing is aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable guidance issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

7. Client responsibilities

  • Back up your data where possible before handover.
  • Disclose relevant device history honestly, including prior repair or flashing attempts.
  • Respond promptly when additional records are requested.

8. Intellectual property

All Reo branding, site content, and original documentation remain Reo property unless stated otherwise. Third party marks remain property of their respective owners.

9. Liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reo's liability for a specific engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. This clause does not remove rights that cannot be waived under Nigerian law.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties will first attempt good faith resolution. Where unresolved, disputes fall under courts of competent jurisdiction in Kano State.
